Land cost for the entire trip, and the meditation retreat (not including overseas airfare) is US$4600 (These costs are based on double occupancy and a minimum group size of 20. If the group size is smaller there will be a US$200 surcharge.) |

Roundtrip international airfare from San Francisco to Kathmandu is estimated at US$2000. For airfares from other cities please check on-line, contact us or your local travel agent. Please double check with us BEFORE buying your ticket that the routing is correct and that we have the minimum number needed to run the pilgrimage. We will book and charge you for your airfares from Kathmandu to Lumbini and back to Kathmandu from Varanasi. This is currently estimated to cost $380. |

If you would prefer to have a private room you'll be charged a single supplement of $900. Single accommodation may not be available at Kopan Monastary or Root Institute. |

The pilgrimage is limited to 30 participants. The deadline for sign-up is November 2. Late sign-ups may be accepted if there is space available, with a service charge of US$100. Sign-up before Sept. 2 for a US$100 discount. Pay in full by Sept. 16 for additional US$100 discount. |

A deposit of US$500 holds your place. Payable by check in US funds payable to "Himalayan High Treks". All profits go to Liberation Prison Project which offers spiritual advice, teachings, books and materials to people in prison. Note the entire trip can be paid by credit card.
